Responsibilities
Produce consistent podcast episodes
Book guests
Promote episodes
Collaborate with station marketing
Maintain professional audio quality
Help grow the podcast audience
Commission Opportunity

Requirements
Job Requirements
Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Ability to consistently produce original content
Comfortable interviewing guests
Ability to market and promote your podcast
Dependable and organized
Willingness to collaborate with The 401 Plug team
Preferred
Previous podcast experience
Audio or video editing knowledge
Existing audience or social media following
Experience using podcast recording software
